Raised in Lebanon, Pennsylvania and moved to Jacksonville at a young age. Paula has watched Jacksonville “grow up” and is now a “Most of her Life” resident of Jacksonville, enjoying her role actively bringing others to Florida as a relocation specialist. Prior to real estate, Paula’s professional career includes direct and corporate sales, having enjoyed fourteen years in sales with General Electric Capital, where her expertise was marketing management, the refined art of negotiation, and extreme customer service.
Although Paula obtained her Florida real estate license in 1984, she actively entered real estate sales following four years as a licensed mortgage broker with experience in wealth management.

 


Since then Paula has continued her education and achieved the National Association of Realtors approved designations to serve buyers and sellers to the utmost.  Her specialties include working with the senior market as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Additionally, as a TRAINED Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, coupled with the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation, Paula offers buyer and seller needs focus and the assurance of anonymity for high profile clients. Additionally, Paula has earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert® designation to assist buyers and sellers with the complex issues of the short sale/foreclosure market. Incorporated in 1913 as the city of South Jacksonville, it was only a separate city for less th  an 20 years, as it was annexed into the city of Jacksonville in 1932. Today, the "Southside" is an active, dynamic part of the city. It boasts several upscale commercial areas like the Avenues Mall, Tinseltown, and the St Johns Town Center. It is home to many private golf and country clubs, most notably Glen Kernan, and the Jacksonville Golf and Country Club.

The all new 9A expressway and Gate corridor has spawned many new residential communities in this fast growing part of town. Modern condominium, townhouse, and apartment communities have attracted many young professionals to this area.
